Dear Dance Family,
From all of us at PKDC, we would like to wish you a beautiful and prosperous 2016 and extend a profound thank you for your loving support over the years. Since 2001, Patricia Kenny Dance Collection has aspired to entertain and educate audiences and share our love and passion for dance, in all its forms. We set out to create a fertile ground for artists, allowing emerging and established choreographers, dancers, lighting designers, costume designers, stage managers, photographers, videographers and composers to play, collaborate and make dances together. We wished to create in a happy and positive atmosphere and we dreamed of performing for you, building a following and sharing our enthusiasm and craft through performance and teaching what we love. Yes!!! We did all this and more and it was an amazing ride! We can NEVER repay you for your financial support, which kept us moving forward all these years and most importantly for making the effort in our busy world to attend PKDC workshops, showings and performances.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
As Artistic Director of PKDC, stepping down from this coveted role is difficult. I thank the board for their care as we came to our decision and to the astounding PKDC dancers past and present that have inspired and awed us over the past 15 years. YOU have been the heart and soul of Patricia Kenny Dance Collection. Only great things to come for all of you!
And to our audience.....
We hope you always dance with joy!!
Yours in Dance,
Patricia Kenny Reilly
